Team Griffin India designs and builds fixed-wing aircraft and multirotor drones for national-level competitions like SAE DDC (Micro & Regular Class) and Multirotor Challenges. We engage in aeromodelling, UAV prototyping, and real-world drone applications.

We work as a multidisciplinary team, dividing tasks across key domains.Each member in each domain contributes by specializing in design, simulation, fabrication, or testing ensuring a streamlined, collaborative workflow from concept to successful flight.

REGULAR DDC

The Regular Class challenges teams to build larger UAVs optimized for maximum payload capacity and aerodynamic stability. This category demands a fine balance of structural integrity, flight dynamics, and engineering excellence.

MICRO DDC

Designed for agility and innovation, the Micro Class pushes teams to develop compact, rapidly deployable UAVs that deliver payloads efficiently. With strict constraints on packaging and assembly time, this class rewards creativity, precision, and smart design thinking.
